Aṣṭāvakra’s Visit to Kubera: Hospitality, Temptation, and the Ethics of Restraint (अष्टावक्र-वैश्रवणोपाख्यानम्)
इतिहासस्य कर्ता च पुत्रस्ते जगतो हित: । भविष्यति महेन्द्रस्य दयित: स महामुनि:
itihāsasya kartā ca putras te jagato hitaḥ | bhaviṣyati mahendrasya dayitaḥ sa mahāmuniḥ ||
Sinabi ni Parāśara: “Ang iyong anak ay magiging tagapaglikha ng isang itihāsa, at magiging tagapagpala sa daigdig. Ang dakilang pantas na iyon ay magiging minamahal din ni Mahendra (Indra).”
