नक्षत्राण्यृतवश्चैव मासा: पक्षा: सवत्सरा: | वैनतेया: समुद्राश्च॒ कद्रुजा: पन्नगास्तथा

Transliteration

nakṣatrāṇy ṛtavaś caiva māsāḥ pakṣāḥ savatsarāḥ | vainateyāḥ samudrāś ca kadrujāḥ pannagās tathā ||

Translation

Wika ni Bhīṣma: “Nawa’y ang mga konstelasyon at mga panahon, ang mga buwan at mga kalahating-buwan, kasama ang ikot ng mga taon; nawa’y si Garuḍa, anak ni Vinatā, at ang mga karagatan; at nawa’y ang mga ahas na isinilang kay Kadru—ang lahat ng ito’y magtaguyod at magtanggol sa amin.”
