एष मे सर्वधर्माणां धर्मोडधिकतमो मत: । यद्धवत्या पुण्डरीकाक्षं स्तवैरचेंन्नर: सदा

Transliteration

eṣa me sarva-dharmāṇāṃ dharmo ’dhikatamo mataḥ | yad bhaktyā puṇḍarīkākṣaṃ stavair arcennaraḥ sadā ||

Translation

Wika ni Bhishma: “Sa lahat ng anyo ng dharma, ito ang itinuturing kong pinakamataas: na ang tao ay laging sumamba sa Panginoong may matang gaya ng lotus (Vāsudeva) nang may debosyon, pinararangalan Siya sa pamamagitan ng mga himno ng papuri at pag-awit ng Kaniyang mga kagalingan.”
