कालयुक्तधर्मविवेकः

Discerning Dharma in Accord with Time

।। विपरीतस्तु धर्मात्मा रूपवानभिजायते

viparītastu dharmātmā rūpavān abhijāyate | devi! hiṁsāpremī manuṣyaḥ svapāpakarmakāraṇād anyeṣāṁ vadhyaḥ sarvaprāṇinām apriyaś cālpāyuś ca bhavati ||

Wika ni Maheshvara: “Ngunit ang may likas na salungat sa karahasan ay isinisilang na may matuwid na kaluluwa at pinagkalooban ng kagandahan. O Devi, ang taong nalulugod sa pananakit sa kapwa, dahil sa kanyang makasalanang gawa, ay nagiging karapat-dapat na patayin ng iba, kinamumuhian ng lahat ng nilalang, at maikli ang buhay.”
