धर्मनिन्दा–धर्मोपासनाफलम् तथा साध्वाचारलक्षणम्

धर्मदण्डो न निर्दण्डो धर्मकार्यानुशासक: । यन्त्रित: कार्यकरणै: षड़भागकृतलक्षण:

dharmadaṇḍo na nirdaṇḍo dharmakāryānuśāsakaḥ | yantritaḥ kāryakaraṇaiḥ ṣaḍbhāgakṛtalakṣaṇaḥ ||

Wika ni Mahādeva: “Ang parusa ng hari ay maging pamalo ng dharma, hindi ang kawalan ng parusa. Turuan at ayusin niya ang bayan sa pagsasagawa ng mga tungkuling matuwid. Sa pagtupad ng mga gawaing pangkaharian, maging nakatali siya sa mga tuntunin at pamamaraan; at taglayin niya ang kinikilalang tanda: ang pagkuha ng ikaanim na bahagi (ng ani/kita) mula sa mga nasasakupan.”
