Śiva-nāmānukīrtana-prastāvaḥ
Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony
सावित्री ब्रह्म॒विद्या च ऋतवो वत्सरास्तथा । क्षणा लवा मुहूर्ताश्न निमेषा युगपर्यया:
sāvitrī brahmavidyā ca ṛtavo vatsarās tathā | kṣaṇā lavā muhūrtāś ca nimeṣā yugaparyayāḥ ||
Wika ni Vāsudeva: “Si Sāvitrī (ang banal na Gāyatrī), ang kaalaman tungkol sa Brahman; ang mga panahon at mga taon; at ang mga sukat ng oras—mga sandali, mga kisap, mga muhūrta, mga kindat, at ang pag-ikot ng mga yuga—lahat ng ito’y kabilang (sa kataas-taasang simulain na tinutukoy).”
