मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
वसेद् युगसहस्नं च खड्गकुञ्जरवाहन: । मणि, मोती और मूँगोंसे विभूषित वह दिव्य विमान विद्युत्की-सी प्रभासे प्रकाशित तथा दिव्य गुणोंसे सम्पन्न होता है। वह व्रतधारी पुरुष उसी विमानपर आरूढ़ होता है। उसमें गेंडे और हाथी जुते होते हैं तथा वहाँ एक सहस्र युगोंतक वह निवास करता है ।।
vased yuga-sahasraṁ ca khaḍga-kuñjara-vāhanaḥ |
Wika ni Bhishma: Ang taong mahigpit sa panata ay sasakay sa banal na sasakyang iyon—pinalamutian ng hiyas, perlas, at korales—nagniningning na parang kidlat at puspos ng makalangit na katangian. Hinihila ito ng mga rhinoceros at mga elepante; at doon siya maninirahan sa loob ng isang libong yuga.
