नानामधुरभाषाभिनानारतिभिरेव च | वह विमानपर आरूढ़ हो अपनी ही प्रभासे प्रकाशित होनेवाली दिव्य नारियोंद्वारा सम्मानित होता है। रुद्रों तथा देवर्षियोंकी कन्याएँ सदा उसकी पूजा करती हैं। वे कन्याएँ नाना प्रकारके रमणीय रूप

nānā-madhura-bhāṣābhiḥ nānā-ratibhir eva ca |

Sabi ni Bhishma: Siya’y sumasakay sa isang vimāna at pinararangalan ng mga banal na dalagang kumikislap sa sarili nilang liwanag. Ang mga anak na babae ng mga Rudra at ng mga devarṣi ay patuloy na sumasamba sa kanya. Ang mga dalagang iyon ay pinalalamutian ng sari-saring kaakit-akit na anyo, iba’t ibang pagnanasa, matatamis na paraan ng pananalita, at maraming uri ng larong pag-ibig—larawan ng karangyaang sumusunod sa kabutihan at ng mariringal na aliw na iginagawad ng matuwid na pamumuhay.
