Anuśāsana-parva 108

(य इमं शृणुयान्नित्यं यश्चापि परिकीर्तयेत्‌ स शुभानू प्राप्तुते लोकान्‌ सदाचारव्रतान्नूप ।।

ya imaṁ śṛṇuyān nityaṁ yaś cāpi parikīrtayet | sa śubhān prāpnute lokān sadācāra-vratān nṛpa ||

Wika ni Bhishma: “O hari, sinumang araw-araw na nakikinig sa salaysay na ito, at sinumang bumibigkas din nito nang malakas, ay makaaabot sa mga mapalad na daigdig sa bisa ng mga panatang nakaugat sa mabuting asal.”
