सर्वानिवद्यां सुदतीं दिव्याभरण भूषिताम् । सूक्ष्माम्बरधरामेकां पद्मोदरसमप्रभाम्,उसके सारे अंग परम सुन्दर और निर्दोष थे। दाँत तो और भी सुन्दर थे। वह दिव्य आभूषणोंसे विभूषित थी। उसके शरीरपर महीन साड़ी शोभा पा रही थी और कमलके भीतरी भागके समान उसकी कान्ति थी, वह अकेली थी

sarvānivadyāṃ sudatīṃ divyābharaṇa-bhūṣitām |
sūkṣmāmbaradharām ekāṃ padmodara-samaprabhām ||
Wika ni Vaiśampāyana: Siya’y walang kapintasan sa bawat bahagi ng katawan, may magagandang ngipin, at pinalamutian ng mga banal na hiyas. Nakasuot siya ng pinong, maselang kasuotan at nakatayo nang mag-isa; ang kaniyang ningning ay gaya ng liwanag sa kaloob-looban ng lotus—larawan ng dalisay na kagandahan na inihahayag nang may paggalang at pagpipigil.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse models a classical epic ethic of restrained description: beauty is presented as faultless and luminous, yet framed through dignified epithets rather than sensual excess—suggesting reverence, auspiciousness, and narrative decorum.
Vaiśampāyana describes a solitary woman’s appearance: she is flawless, richly ornamented, clothed in a fine garment, and shines with lotus-like inner radiance—setting a vivid scene and signaling her exceptional presence.
