चिन्तयाना विमोक्षं वो नाधिगच्छामि किंचन । छादयिष्यामि वो गात्रै: करिष्ये मरणं सह,मैं तुमलोगोंके छुटकारेका उपाय सोचती हूँ; किंतु कुछ भी समझमें नहीं आता। अच्छा; अपने अंगोंसे तुमलोगोंको ढक लूँगी और तुम्हारे साथ ही मैं भी मर जाऊँगी
cintayantā vimokṣaṃ vo nādhigacchāmi kiṃcana | chādayiṣyāmi vo gātraiḥ kariṣye maraṇaṃ saha ||
Paulit-ulit kong iniisip ang paraan upang palayain kayo, ngunit wala akong makita ni isa. Kung gayon—tatakpan ko kayo ng sarili kong mga sangkap ng katawan at haharapin ko ang kamatayan kasama ninyo.
वैशमग्पायन उवाच
