मया कथ॑ नानृतमुक्तमद्य भवेत् कुरूणामृषभ ब्रवीहि । पाञ्चालराजस्य सुताम धर्मो न चोपवर्तेत न विभ्रमेच्च,कुरुश्रेष्ठ! बताओ, अब कैसे मेरी बात झूठी न हो? और क्या किया जाय, जिससे इस पांचालराज-कुमारी कृष्णाको न तो पाप लगे और न नीच योनियोंमें ही भटकना पड़े
Translation
“O pinakadakila sa angkan ng Kuru, sabihin mo sa akin: paano hindi magiging kasinungalingan ang salitang nabigkas ko ngayon? At ano ang dapat gawin upang ang anak na babae ng hari ng Pañcāla—si Krishnā—ay hindi magkasala, at hindi dahil sa kalituhang ito’y mapadpad sa mabababang kapanganakan?”
