और्वोपाख्यानम्

उत्तमां च मनोबुद्धिं भवतां भावितात्मनाम्‌ | जानन्नपि च व: पार्थ कृतवानिह धर्षणाम्‌,आपलोगोंका अन्त:करण शुद्ध है, मन और बुद्धि भी उत्तम है। पार्थ! आपके विषयमें यह सब कुछ जानते हुए भी मैंने यहाँ आक्रमण किया था

uttamāṃ ca manobuddhiṃ bhavatāṃ bhāvitātmanām | jānann api ca vaḥ pārtha kṛtavān iha dharṣaṇām ||

Wika ng Gandharva: “Dalisay ang inyong kalooban; ang inyong isip at talino ay nasa pinakamataas na antas, sapagkat kayo’y may disiplina sa diwa. Gayunman, O Pārtha, kahit batid ko ito tungkol sa inyo, nagawa ko pa ring isagawa rito ang pagsalakay na ito.”
