न दूरं नगरं मन्ये वनादस्मादहं विभो । शीघ्र गच्छाम भद्रं ते न नो विद्यात् सुयोधन:,'प्रभो! मैं समझता हूँ, इस वनसे नगर अब दूर नहीं है। तुम्हारा कल्याण हो। अब हमलोग शीघ्र चलें, जिससे दुर्योधनको हमारा पता न लग सके”
na dūraṁ nagaraṁ manye vanād asmād ahaṁ vibho | śīghraṁ gacchāma bhadraṁ te na no vidyāt suyodhanaḥ ||
Sinabi ni Vaiśampāyana: “O makapangyarihan! Sa aking palagay, hindi kalayuan ang lungsod mula sa gubat na ito. Nawa’y mapasa iyo ang kabutihan. Magmadali tayong umalis, upang hindi malaman ni Suyodhana (Duryodhana) ang tungkol sa atin.”
वैशम्पायन उवाच
