एकचक्रानिवासे ब्राह्मणगृहदुःखश्रवणम् | Hearing the Brāhmaṇa Household’s Distress at Ekacakrā

वयमेतदनिच्छन्त: सर्व एव पुरोत्तमात्‌ | गृहान्‌ विहाय गच्छामो यत्र गन्ता युधिष्ठिर:,“हमलोग यह नहीं चाहते, इसलिये हम सब घर-द्वार छोड़कर इस उत्तम नगरीसे वहीं चलेंगे, जहाँ युधिष्ठिर जा रहे हैं!

vayam etad anicchantaḥ sarva eva purottamāt | gṛhān vihāya gacchāmo yatra gantā yudhiṣṭhiraḥ ||

Sinabi ni Vaiśampāyana: “Dahil wala ni isa sa amin ang nagnanais nito, iiwan naming lahat ang aming mga tahanan at lisanin ang marangal na lungsod na ito, at tutungo saan man patungo si Yudhiṣṭhira.”
