Āstravidyā-Pradarśana: The Kuru Princes’ Public Demonstration of Arms (आस्त्रविद्या-प्रदर्शनम्)
नकुल॑ सहदेवं च रूपेणाप्रतिमौ भुवि । तथैव तावपि यमौ वागुवाचाशरीरिणी,उनमेंसे एकका नाम नकुल था और दूसरेका सहदेव। पृथ्वीपर सुन्दर रूपमें उन दोनोंकी समानता करनेवाला दूसरा कोई नहीं था। पहलेकी तरह उन दोनों यमल संतानोंके विषयमें भी आकाशवाणीने कहा--
nakulaṃ sahadevaṃ ca rūpeṇāpratimau bhuvi | tathaiva tāv api yamau vāg uvācāśarīriṇī ||
Wika ni Vaiśampāyana: “At (isinilang) sina Nakula at Sahadeva—kapwa walang kapantay sa kagandahan sa ibabaw ng lupa. Tungkol din sa kambal na iyon, gaya ng dati, isang tinig na walang katawan ang nagpahayag (ng kanilang kahalagahan).”
