Suta Goswami (narrating to the sages of Naimisharanya)
It lists specific Nakṣatras regarded as auspicious, implying that Shiva-linga pūjā, vrata, and dāna performed under these lunar mansions gain greater ritual efficacy through proper alignment with kāla (sacred time).
Indirectly, it reflects Shiva as Pati—the Lord of kāla—showing that devotion becomes refined when the pashu (bound soul) worships in harmony with cosmic order, loosening pāśa (bondage) through disciplined observance.
Nakṣatra-based observance: choosing auspicious lunar mansions for vrata and linga-pūjā, supporting Pāśupata-style discipline where regulated time, purity, and intention stabilize the mind for devotion.
