Adhyaya 8: Yogasthanas, Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama-Siddhi, and Shiva-Dhyana leading to Samadhi
प्रयत्नाद्वा तयोस्तुल्यं चिराद्वा ह्यचिराद्द्विजाः योगान्तरायास् तस्याथ जायन्ते युञ्जतः पुनः
prayatnādvā tayostulyaṃ cirādvā hyacirāddvijāḥ yogāntarāyās tasyātha jāyante yuñjataḥ punaḥ
O mga dvija, maging sa matiyagang pagsisikap o sa kapantay na kakayahan ng pagsasanay, maging matagal man o mabilis—kapag muling tinahak ang disiplina ng Yoga, ang mga hadlang sa Yoga ay saka lilitaw para sa nagsasanay na iyon.
