Linga Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 162

Adhyaya 70: आदिसर्गः—महत्-अहङ्कार-तन्मात्रा-भूतसृष्टिः, ब्रह्माण्डावरणम्, प्रजासर्गः, त्रिमूर्ति-शैवाधिष्ठानम्

ते परिग्राहिणः सर्वे संविभागरताः पुनः स्वादनाश् चाप्यशीलाश् च ज्ञेया भूतादिकाश् च ते

te parigrāhiṇaḥ sarve saṃvibhāgaratāḥ punaḥ svādanāś cāpyaśīlāś ca jñeyā bhūtādikāś ca te

Silang lahat ay mga kumakapit sa pag-aari; at muli, abala sila sa paghahati at pagbabahagi (para sa sariling layon). Nalululong sila sa mga lasa ng pagnanasa at salat sa wastong asal—kilalanin silang kabilang sa uri ng bhūta at mga katulad (mababang antas na tamasiko).
