हुताशनसहायश् च प्रशान्तात्मा हुताशनः उग्रतेजा महातेजा जयो विजयकालवित्
hutāśanasahāyaś ca praśāntātmā hutāśanaḥ ugratejā mahātejā jayo vijayakālavit
Siya ang kaagapay ni Agni (ang Banal na Apoy) at ang Kanyang loob ay ganap na payapa. Siya mismo ang Apoy na tumutupok sa karumihan. Marahas sa ningning at dakila sa liwanag, Siya ang mismong Tagumpay, at batid Niya ang tamang panahon ng pagwawagi.

It links Linga-puja to Vedic fire-ritual: Shiva is both the sanctifying sacrificial ally (Agni’s support) and the inner fire that purifies offerings and the worshipper, making worship a means to burn impurities and pasha.
Shiva is shown as both transcendent calm (praśāntātmā) and immanent power (hutāśana, tejas). As Pati, He governs the right “time” for victory—granting grace when the pashu is ripened for release from bondage.
Ritually, it points to Agni-based worship (homa) integrated with Shiva devotion; yogically, it emphasizes inner pacification (praśānta-ātmā) so the Lord’s fire of knowledge can burn impurities and lead to victory over pasha.
