Shloka 149

वासिष्ठकथनम् (आदित्य–सोमवंशवर्णनम् तथा रुद्रसहस्रनाम-प्रशंसा)

बहुमालो महामालः शिपिविष्टः सुलोचनः विस्तारो लवणः कूपः कुसुमाङ्गः फलोदयः

bahumālo mahāmālaḥ śipiviṣṭaḥ sulocanaḥ vistāro lavaṇaḥ kūpaḥ kusumāṅgaḥ phalodayaḥ

Siya’y pinalalamutian ng maraming kuwintas ng bulaklak, ang nagsusuot ng dakilang garland; Siya na lumalaganap sa lahat ng anyo (Śipiviṣṭa), ang may magagandang mata. Siya ang walang-hanggang lawak, ang lasa at diwa, ang bukal na parang balon na pinagmumulan ng lahat. Ang Kanyang mga sangkap ay tulad ng bulaklak sa kabanalan, at mula sa Kanya sumisibol ang paghinog ng mga bunga ng gawa.
