Shloka 141

वासिष्ठकथनम् (आदित्य–सोमवंशवर्णनम् तथा रुद्रसहस्रनाम-प्रशंसा)

तारणश्चरणो धाता परिधा परिपूजितः संयोगी वर्धनो वृद्धो गणिको ऽथ गणाधिपः

tāraṇaścaraṇo dhātā paridhā paripūjitaḥ saṃyogī vardhano vṛddho gaṇiko 'tha gaṇādhipaḥ

Siya ang Tārana—Tagapagligtas na nagtatawid sa mga nilalang lampas sa gapos; ang Caraṇa—kanlungan sa Kanyang mga paa; ang Dhātā—Tagapagtaguyod ng lahat; ang Paridhā—ang pumapalibot bilang banal na hangganan at pananggalang. Siya ang sinasamba ng lahat; ang Saṃyogī—ang nag-uugnay sa paśu (kaluluwa) sa landas ni Pati (ang Panginoon); ang Vardhana—ang nagpapalago at nagpapalusog; ang Vṛddha—ang sinauna at laging ganap. Siya’y nasa gitna ng mga Gaṇa, at siya rin ang Gaṇādhipa—ang Panginoon ng lahat ng hukbo ni Śiva.
