तावन्त्यस्तारकाः कोट्यो यावन्त्यृक्षाणि सर्वशः ध्रुवात् तु नियमाच्चैषाम् ऋक्षमार्गे व्यवस्थितिः
tāvantyastārakāḥ koṭyo yāvantyṛkṣāṇi sarvaśaḥ dhruvāt tu niyamāccaiṣām ṛkṣamārge vyavasthitiḥ
Kung gaano karami ang mga konstelasyon (ṛkṣa) sa lahat ng dako, gayon din karami ang mga bituin—sa bilang na mga crore. At sa pamamagitan ng nag-aayos na kautusang nakasentro kay Dhruva, sila’y nananatiling maayos na nakalagay sa landas ng mga konstelasyon, gumagalaw sa tiyak at pinamamahalaang pag-ikot.
