Suta Goswami
It frames cosmic order (dharma) through a structured creation narrative; such ordering underpins why Shiva as Pati is worshipped via the Linga as the transcendent ground that steadies dharma and dissolves pasha (bondage).
Indirectly: by mapping dharma and progeny as part of srishti, it implies a higher regulator beyond created lineages—Shiva as Pati, the unsurpassed principle who oversees creation, maintenance, and liberation.
No specific puja-vidhi or Pashupata Yoga technique is stated; the verse functions as a narrative transition into genealogical teaching that later supports disciplined dharma and Shiva-oriented sadhana.
