Adhyaya 33: Pashupata Conduct, Bhasma-Vrata, and Shiva’s Boon to the Sages
सुरचितसुविचित्रकुण्डलाय सुरचितमाल्यविभूषणाय तुभ्यम् मृगपतिवरचर्मवाससे च प्रथितयशसे नमो ऽस्तु शङ्कराय

Pagpupugay kay Śaṅkara—sa Iyo na pinalamutian ng mga hikaw na masinop at kahanga-hanga ang pagkakayari; na pinagniningning ng mga garland at palamuting maayos ang pagkakagawa; sa Iyo na nagsusuot ng marangal na balat ng panginoon ng mga hayop; at ang luwalhati ay bantog sa lahat ng dako.
