सर्वसंकल्पशून्याय सर्वस्माद्रक्षिताय ते आदिमध्यान्तशून्याय चित्संस्थाय नमोनमः
sarvasaṃkalpaśūnyāya sarvasmādrakṣitāya te ādimadhyāntaśūnyāya citsaṃsthāya namonamaḥ
Paulit-ulit na pagpupugay sa Iyo—Ikaw na walang anumang sangkalpa o gawang-isip; Ikaw na iniingatan mula sa lahat ng naglilimita; Ikaw na walang simula, gitna, at wakas; nakalagay sa dalisay na Kamalayan (Cit).

It points Linga-worship toward the formless Pati—Shiva as pure Consciousness beyond mental projections—so the external Linga becomes a support for inner dissolution of saṅkalpa and recognition of Shiva-tattva.
Shiva is portrayed as nirvikalpa (free of saṅkalpa), untouched by all limiting conditions, and beyond temporal structure (no beginning, middle, or end), abiding as Cit—the supreme Pati who transcends pasha while liberating the pashu.
A Pashupata-oriented inner practice: saṅkalpa-śūnyatā (dropping mental constructions) during japa/dhyāna on the Linga, stabilizing awareness in Cit as the means to loosen pasha (bondage).
