आचार्य-धर्मलक्षण-श्रद्धाभक्तिप्राधान्यं तथा लिङ्गे ध्यान-पूजाविधानसंकेतः

Adhyaya 10

पतन्ति चात्मभोगार्थं भक्तो भावेन मुच्यते भक्तानां दर्शनादेव नृणां स्वर्गादयो द्विजाः

patanti cātmabhogārthaṃ bhakto bhāvena mucyate bhaktānāṃ darśanādeva nṛṇāṃ svargādayo dvijāḥ

Ang mga nahuhulog sa mga gawain ng mundo para sa sariling pagkalugod ay nagagapos; ngunit ang bhakta ay napapalaya sa pamamagitan ng tunay na bhāva sa loob. O mga dwija, sa pagtanaw pa lamang sa mga deboto ni Śiva, nakakamit ng tao ang langit at iba pang mapalad na kalagayan—sapagkat niluluwagan ng bhakti ang tali ng pāśa at ibinabaling ang paśu, ang kaluluwa, tungo kay Pati, ang Panginoon.
