सद्ब्राह्मणान्वन्दयेत्पादमूले हस्तौ च द्वौ संपुटीकृत्य देवि / साष्टाङ्गरुपं वन्दनं चैव विष्णोः कुर्यात्तथा गुरवे विष्णुबुद्ध्या

sadbrāhmaṇānvandayetpādamūle hastau ca dvau saṃpuṭīkṛtya devi / sāṣṭāṅgarupaṃ vandanaṃ caiva viṣṇoḥ kuryāttathā gurave viṣṇubuddhyā

O Devi, dapat magbigay-galang sa mga mabubuting Brahmana sa paanan nila, na magkasalikop ang dalawang kamay. Dapat ding gawin ang pagpapatirapa ng walong bahagi (sāṣṭāṅga) kay Panginoong Viṣṇu; at gayundin, yumukod sa Guru, na may pagkaunawang siya’y Viṣṇu (viṣṇu-buddhi).
