Upanayana Timing, Brahmacarya Rules, Ācamana & Sandhyā Observance

त्रिः प्राश्यापो द्विरुन्मृज्य खान्याद्भिः समुपस्पृशेत् / अद्भिस्तु प्रकृतिस्थाभिर्हेनाभिः फेनबुहुदैः

triḥ prāśyāpo dvirunmṛjya khānyādbhiḥ samupaspṛśet / adbhistu prakṛtisthābhirhenābhiḥ phenabuhudaiḥ

Pagkatapos sumimsim ng tubig nang tatlong ulit at punasan ang bibig nang dalawang ulit, gawin ang ācāmana sa paghipo ng tubig sa mga bukana ng pandama. Dapat itong gawin sa tubig na likas ang kalagayan: malinaw, hindi nahalo sa bula, at walang labis na pagbubula.
