निर्गमे तु भवेद्वामा प्रवेशे दक्षैणा स्मृता / इडाचारे तथा सौम्यं चन्द्रसूर्यगतस्तथा
nirgame tu bhavedvāmā praveśe dakṣaiṇā smṛtā / iḍācāre tathā saumyaṃ candrasūryagatastathā
Sa pagbuga ng hininga, ang kaliwang agos ang itinuturing na gumagana; sa paglanghap, ang kanang agos ang inaalala na gumagana. Kapag ang daluyan na Iḍā ang aktibo, ito’y banayad at nagpapalamig, na tumutugma sa landas ng Buwan at ng Araw ayon sa pagkakasunod.
