FAQs

This verse presents it as a prescribed visualization at the kaṇṭha-padma, indicating a structured meditative map of the subtle body used for purification and disciplined contemplation.

Indirectly, by emphasizing inner purification through dhyāna and guṇa-awareness; such practices are presented in the Garuda Purana as supports for clarity of consciousness and right conduct, which shape one’s post-death trajectory.

Adopt a daily, sattva-oriented meditation: reflect on ethical scripture-based values (Vedic dharma), observe one’s guṇas, and practice a steady throat-center visualization to cultivate calm speech, truthfulness, and mental clarity.
