Transliteration

māhiṣaṃ navanītañca aśvagandhā ca pippalī / vacā kuṣṭhadvayaṃ lepo liṅgasrotastanārtihṛt

Translation

Ang ghee mula sa gatas ng kalabaw at sariwang mantikilya, kasama ang aśvagandhā at pippalī, at ang pahid na iwinawasto mula sa vacā at dalawang uri ng kuṣṭha—ang paglalagay nito ay nagpapawi ng kirot at mga karamdaman sa mga daanan ng ari at sa mga suso.
