पित्तज्वरघ्नः समधुः क्वाथः पर्पटनिम्बयोः / विधाने क्रियमाणे ऽपि य्सय संज्ञा न जायते

Transliteration

pittajvaraghnaḥ samadhuḥ kvāthaḥ parpaṭanimbayoḥ / vidhāne kriyamāṇe 'pi ysaya saṃjñā na jāyate

Translation

Ang pinakuluang katas ng parpaṭa at nimba (neem), kapag ininom na may pulot, ay pumupuksa sa lagnat na pitta. Kahit isinasagawa na ang lunas, para sa taong hindi pa nagbabalik ang malay (nananatiling walang malay), ito ang itinakdang paraan.
