एतैः कर्षसमैः कल्कैः घृतप्रस्थं विपाचयेत् / कुव्जवामनपङ्गूनां बधिरव्यङ्गकुष्ठिनाम्

Gamit ang mga pastang (kalkā) ito, na tig-iisang karṣa ang sukat, lutuin ang isang prastha ng ghee (ghṛta) bilang ginamot na ghee. Ito’y para sa mga kuba, pandak, pilay, bingi, may kapansanan sa anyo, at may kuṣṭha (sakit sa balat).
