Transliteration

carmakīlaṃ jarumaṇiṃ maśakāṃstilakālakān / utkṛtya śastreṇa dahetkṣāgagnibhyāmaśeṣataḥ

Translation

Dapat putulin at alisin ang mga kulugo sa balat, mga batik ng katandaan/ nunal, mga pamamaga sa kagat ng lamok, at mga maiitim na tuldok na gaya ng buto ng linga; matapos hiwain gamit ang kasangkapang pang-opera, dapat itong sunugin at isara nang lubos sa pamamagitan ng alkali (kṣāra) at apoy.
