अत्युष्णा मण्डकाः पथ्याः शीतला गुखो मताः / अनुपानञ्च पानीयं श्रमतृष्णादिनाशनम्
atyuṣṇā maṇḍakāḥ pathyāḥ śītalā gukho matāḥ / anupānañca pānīyaṃ śramatṛṣṇādināśanam
Ang mga maṇḍaka na keyk na napakainit ay itinuturing na kapaki-pakinabang; ang gukhā naman ay itinuturing na nakapapalamig. Bilang inuming kasunod (anupāna), inirerekomenda ang tubig, sapagkat inaalis nito ang pagod, uhaw, at mga kaugnay na di-kaginhawaan.
