कुष्ठैकहेतवो ऽन्तर्जाः श्लेष्मजा बाह्यसम्भवाः / मधुरान्नगुडक्षीरदधिमत्स्यनवौदनैः

kuṣṭhaikahetavo 'ntarjāḥ śleṣmajā bāhyasambhavāḥ / madhurānnaguḍakṣīradadhimatsyanavaudanaiḥ

Yaong nagmumula sa loob—isinilang mula sa plema at lumilitaw sa panlabas—ay pangunahing sanhi ng kuṣṭha (sakit sa balat). Lumalakas ito dahil sa matatamis na pagkain, jaggery (asukal na pula), gatas, yogurt/curd, isda, at bagong lutong kanin.
