ऋष्यजिह्वाकृतिप्रोक्तं ऋष्यजिह्वं बहुक्रिमि / हस्तिचर्मखरस्पर्शं चर्माख्यं कुष्ठमुच्यते
ṛṣyajihvākṛtiproktaṃ ṛṣyajihvaṃ bahukrimi / hasticarmakharasparśaṃ carmākhyaṃ kuṣṭhamucyate
Ang isang anyo ng ketong na sinasabing kahugis ng «dila ng isang Ṛṣi» ay tinatawag na «Ṛṣyajihvā»; ito’y pinamumugaran ng maraming uod. Ang ketong na sa haplos ay tulad ng balat ng elepante—magaspang at mabagsik—ay tinatawag na «Carmākhya» (“uri ng balat”).
