Nawa’y ang mga tubig ay laging magtaboy ng mga kapinsalaang iyon mula sa iyong noo, mga tainga, at mga mata. Pagkatapos maligo, magpahid ng langis ng mustasa, gamit ang maputing katas na parang gatas ng halamang snuhī at (patpat/kagamitan) na mula sa punong udumbara (igos).
