The Slaying of Hiraṇyākṣa and the Triumph of Varāha

O walang kasalanang Vidura, ang mga bundok ay naglabas ng iba't ibang uri ng sandata, at ang mga hubad na demonyong babae na may hawak na tridente ay lumitaw na may nakalugay na buhok.
This verse describes terrifying apparitions—weapon-hurling mountains and naked demonesses with tridents—signaling the demoniac atmosphere surrounding Hiraṇyākṣa’s confrontation with Lord Varāha.
Śukadeva Gosvāmī narrates these events to King Parīkṣit while describing the escalating, fearsome portents during the battle.
Even when intimidating sights or negative influences arise, a devotee remembers that such fear is temporary and that taking shelter of the Lord’s protection steadies the mind.
