मरो: प्रतीपकस्तस्माज्जात: कृतरथो यत: । देवमीढस्तस्य पुत्रो विश्रुतोऽथ महाधृति: ॥ १६ ॥
maroḥ pratīpakas tasmāj jātaḥ kṛtaratho yataḥ devamīḍhas tasya putro viśruto ’tha mahādhṛtiḥ
Ang anak ni Maru ay si Pratīpaka, at ang anak ni Pratīpaka ay si Kṛtaratha. Mula kay Kṛtaratha ay si Devamīḍha; mula kay Devamīḍha ay si Viśruta; at mula kay Viśruta ay si Mahādhṛti.
