Uddhava Meets the Gopīs: Bhramara-gītā and Kṛṣṇa’s Message of Separation
This verse remembers Kaṁsa as a sinful enemy of the Yadus who was slain with his followers, highlighting divine protection: when the Lord acts, adharma is removed and His devotees are safeguarded.
In separation, the gopīs track Kṛṣṇa’s life in Mathurā and Dvārakā; they acknowledge His victory over Kaṁsa and His wellbeing among the Yadus, even as their own hearts ache without Him.
Practice seeing the Lord’s protection in events—offer gratitude for the removal of obstacles and pray for the wellbeing of devotees—while keeping loving remembrance of Kṛṣṇa at the center.
