Manifestation of Śiva’s Saṃhāra-Form
य इदम्परमाख्यानं पुण्यं वेदरसान्वितम् । पठति शृणुयाच्चैव सर्व्वान्कामानवाप्नुयात्
ya idamparamākhyānaṃ puṇyaṃ vedarasānvitam | paṭhati śṛṇuyāccaiva sarvvānkāmānavāpnuyāt
ผู้ใดสวดอ่านหรือแม้เพียงสดับเรื่องราวอันสูงสุดและศักดิ์สิทธิ์นี้—ซึ่งอิ่มด้วยรสแห่งพระเวท—ย่อมได้สมปรารถนาอันควรทั้งปวง ด้วยพระกรุณาแห่งพระศิวะ.

Sthala Purana: General phalaśruti: the kathā is declared ‘veda-rasa-anvita’ (imbued with Vedic essence), a common Purāṇic authorization for salvific listening/recitation.
Significance: Śravaṇa-paṭhana of Śiva-kathā yields iṣṭa-siddhi (all legitimate aims) and, in Śaiva framing, becomes a doorway to Śiva’s anugraha (grace) that loosens pāśa (bondage).
