Sukta 10.85
तां पूषञ्छिवतमामेरयस्व यस्यां बीजं मनुष्या वपन्ति । या न ऊरू उशती विश्रयाते यस्यामुशन्तः प्रहराम शेपम् ॥
tā́ṃ pū́ṣañ chivátamām érayasva yásyāṃ bī́jaṃ manuṣyā́ vapánti | yā́ na ūrū́ uśatī́ viśráyāte yásyām uśántaḥ prahárāma śépam ||
โอ้ ปูษัน (Pūṣan) จงขับเคลื่อนนางไปสู่ความสำเร็จอันเป็นมงคลยิ่ง—นางผู้ซึ่งมนุษย์หว่านเมล็ดแห่งความสืบต่อไว้. นางผู้ปรารถนาและแยกต้นขากว้างเพื่อเรา; เราทั้งหลายด้วยความรักและความใฝ่หวัง จึงหย่อนพลังแห่งการก่อกำเนิดลงในนาง
