मधुमन्मे परायणं मधुमत्पुनरायनम् । ता नो देवा देवतया युवं मधुमतस्कृतम् ॥

mádhu-man me parā́yaṇaṃ mádhu-mat púnar-ā́yanam | tā́ no devā devátayā yuváṃ mádhu-matas kṛtám ||

ขอให้การออกเดินทางของข้าพเจ้าเปี่ยมด้วยความหวานดุจน้ำผึ้ง และการกลับมาของข้าพเจ้าก็เปี่ยมด้วยความหวานดุจน้ำผึ้งเช่นกัน โอเหล่าเทพ ด้วยความเป็นเทพของท่าน—ขอท่านทั้งสองจงทำให้การเคลื่อนไหวทั้งสองนั้นเพื่อเรา เป็นสิ่งที่รังสรรค์ด้วยความรื่นรมย์ดุจน้ำผึ้งเถิด
