महोदर-वाक्यं कुम्भकर्ण-प्रतिषेधः

सापुरासुखसम्वृद्धासुखार्हादुःखकर्शिता ।त्वय्यधीनंसुखंज्ञात्वासर्वथोगमिष्यति ।।।।

sā purā sukhasamvṛddhā sukhārhā duḥkhakarśitā |

tvayy adhīnaṃ sukhaṃ jñātvā sarvathā gamiṣyati ||

นางผู้เคยเติบโตในความสุขสบาย และสมควรแก่ความผาสุกแท้จริง บัดนี้ถูกความทุกข์โศกบั่นทอน; ครั้นรู้ว่าความสุขของนางขึ้นอยู่กับเจ้าแต่ผู้เดียว นางจะมาหาเจ้าโดยทุกประการ และยอมมอบตนทั้งสิ้น
