tataḥ suparṇaḥ kākutsthau spṛṣṭvā pratyabhinandya ca |

vimamarśa ca pāṇibhyāṃ mukhe candrasamaprabhe ||6.50.38||

Translation

แล้วสุปรรณะ (ครุฑ) ได้แตะต้องพระราชโอรสทั้งสองแห่งวงศ์กกุษฐะด้วยความเคารพ แล้วใช้พระหัตถ์ลูบเช็ดพระพักตร์อันสว่างไสวดุจจันทร์อย่างอ่อนโยน
