समुद्रतट-प्रयाणम् तथा वेलावन-निवेशः

March to the Seacoast and Encampment at the Shore

सुषेणो जाम्बवांश्चैव ऋक्षैर्बहुभिरावृतौ ।सुग्रीवं पुरतः कृत्वा जघनं सम्ररक्षतुः ।।।।

suṣeṇo jāmbavāṃś caiva ṛkṣair bahubhir āvṛtau |

sugrīvaṃ purataḥ kṛtvā jaghanaṃ samrarakṣatuḥ ||

สุเสณะและชามพวาน—รายล้อมด้วยหมู่หมีเป็นอันมาก—ให้สุครีวอยู่เบื้องหน้า แล้วคุ้มกันแนวหลังของกองทัพไว้มั่นคง
