tasyaime rākṣasendrasya mantriṇau śuka-sāraṇau | laṅkāyāḥ samanuprāptau cārau para-purañjaya ||

ข้าแต่ผู้พิชิตนครศัตรู บุรุษทั้งสองนี้—ศุกะและสารณะ—เป็นอำมาตย์ของราชาแห่งยักษ์ ได้มาจากลงกาในฐานะสายลับ
