इष्ट्वा सङ्ग्रामयज्ञेन रामप्रहरणाम्भसि।अस्मिन्नवभृथे स्नातः कथं पत्न्या मया विना।।

iṣṭvā saṅgrāmayajñena rāmapraharaṇāmbhasi | asminn avabhṛthe snātaḥ kathaṃ patnyā mayā vinā ||

เมื่อท่านได้ประกอบ “ยัญญะแห่งสงคราม” แล้ว และอาบในสายน้ำแห่งศัสตราของพระรามดุจอวภฤถะสนานอันเป็นพิธีปิดท้าย—ท่านอาบได้อย่างไรโดยปราศจากข้าพเจ้า ผู้เป็นภรรยา
